Our #1 goal is to provide an outstanding experience for our customers when they order custom gear with our company.
Because everything we produce is customized, this provides a unique set of challenges when things don’t go as planned.
Sometimes mistakes happen, and when they’re our fault, we will do everything we can to make it right.
If we commit any of the following mistakes, you are entitled to a complete refund or a redo of your order at no additional cost:
  1. Producing the wrong design after you approved our design proof. This may include the wrong print or embroidery color, typos on the design, and incorrect sizing.
  2. Sending you the wrong sizes of apparel after you paid an invoice with the sizes listed on the invoice.
  3. Sending you the wrong color of apparel after you approved our design proof.
  4. Sending you apparel that is of a different material than what is listed on the invoice.
However,  you as the customer are also responsible for communicating what it is that you want to order. In the event that a customer commits an error, we are not responsible for redoing the order or refunding your order. This includes:
  1. Communicating the wrong sizes
  2. Communicating the wrong color of apparel
  3. Approving a design proof and then expecting a different outcome than what is on the proof, even if you communicate via email or phone call past the order change deadline. Everything must be proofed.
  4. Communicating the wrong shipping address
While we do our best to meet customer deadlines, we are not responsible for delays in the production process, including but not limited to: misprints that need to be redone, shipping delays, or changes to the order.
We realize that plans change and sometimes the order needs to be adjusted after it is initially ordered. If you need to change the sizes or design of your order, this must be communicated in writing to your customer service representative no later than 3pm Pacific Time the same day your order is placed. Otherwise, you may be subject to a change fee or restocking fee.
