Dog Training Elite needed a scalable way to provide branded apparel, uniforms, and merchandise to more than 100 franchisees across 30 states. Rather than having corporate staff coordinate individual orders, decoration, and shipments, Kocreators built a centralized program where franchisees could order approved products whenever they needed them.
What We Did
Custom Brand Store
We created a dedicated Dog Training Elite brand store that gives franchisees one place to order approved apparel and branded merchandise while helping corporate maintain consistency across the organization.
On-Demand Printing & Embroidery
Instead of requiring large quantities of every apparel style to sit in inventory, we provide on-demand screen printing and embroidery as orders are placed. This gives franchisees greater flexibility while reducing the need to maintain excess decorated inventory.
Custom Product Manufacturing
We went beyond standard apparel and custom manufactured a branded dog safety harness specifically for the Dog Training Elite program, creating a unique product tailored to the needs of their franchise network.
Franchise Support & Fulfillment
Our team provides ongoing support for the program, handling production, order management, fulfillment, and direct shipping to franchisees across the country.
