Most embroidery orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Timing can vary based on garment availability, stitch count, quantity, and production volume. If you have a firm deadline, let us know when requesting your quote so we can confirm timing before you order.

Minimums vary depending on the product and design. We can accommodate smaller projects as well as large-volume embroidery programs. For larger quantities, your cost per piece will typically decrease.

Before a logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a specialized stitch file that tells the embroidery machine how to recreate the design. This process is called digitizing. We optimize stitch direction, density, underlay, and other details to help your logo sew cleanly on the selected product.

Yes. Send us your logo and we'll determine whether it's ready for embroidery or needs to be adjusted. Very small text, thin lines, gradients, and highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified to produce the best embroidered result.

Yes. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before production. For projects where embroidery detail, placement, or color is especially important, a physical stitch-out may also be available.

It depends on the product and placement. A typical left-chest logo is often around 3–4 inches wide, while hat embroidery usually requires a more compact design. We'll size your artwork based on the garment, logo proportions, and embroidery limitations rather than forcing every logo into the same dimensions.

Yes. We carry a wide selection of thread colors and can select the closest available match to your brand colors. Unlike printed ink, embroidery thread isn't mixed to an exact Pantone formula, but we'll work to achieve a close and consistent match.
