The Project
Custom Stadium Cups for Dr Pepper
Dr Pepper needed custom stadium cups produced and distributed across multiple locations as part of a coordinated franchise program. The project involved more than simply putting a logo on a cup—we worked with both the client and their franchise partner to coordinate artwork, production requirements, quantities, delivery details, and timing. With thousands of cups moving to multiple destinations, the goal was to make the entire process simple for the client while keeping branding and product quality consistent from one shipment to the next.
What We Did
Product Sourcing
We sourced the right stadium cup for the program, balancing quality, cost, availability, and the quantities required across each location.
Artwork & Production
Our team coordinated the artwork and production process from start to finish, making sure the Dr Pepper branding reproduced consistently across the entire run.

Client & Franchise Coordination
We worked directly with the client and franchise partner to manage the moving pieces of the project—from approvals and quantities to production and final delivery requirements.
Multi-Location Distribution
Instead of sending everything to one destination for the client to redistribute, we coordinated the logistics ourselves. Pallets of finished stadium cups were shipped directly to more than four locations, reducing handling and simplifying distribution.

The Result
One Partner. Start to Finish.
Kocreators handled sourcing, artwork coordination, production, quality control, freight, and multi-location distribution under one project.
The client didn't have to coordinate separate manufacturers, freight providers, or individual location shipments. They gave us the requirements, and we handled everything from production through delivery.
