The East West Tournament needed 1,000 custom T-shirts produced for a large sports tournament, with every participant receiving a commemorative shirt. With a high-volume order, multiple sponsor logos, and an event deadline that couldn't move, the project required careful artwork preparation and reliable production from start to finish.
What We Did
Collaborative Design
We worked closely with the tournament organizers to develop the shirt design and make sure the finished product represented the event, its participants, and its sponsors.
Sponsor Logo Preparation
The sponsor artwork arrived in a variety of file types, sizes, and quality levels. Our design team recreated and vectorized each sponsor logo as needed so every brand could be reproduced cleanly and consistently on the back of the shirts.
1,000-Shirt Production Run
Once the artwork was finalized and approved, we managed the screen printing of all 1,000 shirts, maintaining consistent print quality, placement, and color throughout the full production run.
Event-Ready Delivery
We coordinated production around the tournament schedule to ensure all 1,000 shirts were completed and ready for distribution when participants arrived.
The Result

Every participant left the East West Tournament with a professionally printed event T-shirt featuring the tournament artwork and its supporting sponsors.
